The principal of schneider + partners, Eric combines a background in both design and management consultancy.

Following his first degree in Economics at the University of Warwick, Eric studied at the Architectural Association, and was in private architectural practice for several years before completing his MBA at the London Business School.

Since 1986, Eric has worked with over 200 clients combining his strategic management consultancy and coaching activities with a specialist interest in the management of design, creative resources and innovation.

Eric has taught at post-graduate level on a part-time basis at various institutions including Kingston Business School, The Bartlett, University College London. His specialist subjects are the management of design and the management professional service organisations. He also worked closely with Centre for Design Management at London Business School.

Eric has advised a wide range of organisations from creatives to commodity produce suppliers, from architects to airlines, and from building developers to internet start-ups.

To maintain his creative edge Eric continues to complement his management consultancy activities with his architectural design and photographic pursuits.
